blood donation~~~

yesterday after the class, about 4.30pm , i was going to donate blood with my friends....
so excited... bcz this is the first time i donate blood.....
actually it is quite horror for me....
since i dont like injection...
erm... i think i should say i was feeling fear about that....
but finally i did it....
hahaha....


the venue of the blood donation campaign is at my college hall....
so after the last lesson , i walked to there and register...
then wait for health checking....

after passing all the checking and processing ,
i jz sat there n wait for the empty space.....
i think i had waited for 20 mins....
finally is my turn
actually dont have much ppl there at that time...
bcz is late already......

ｉ　ｗａｓ　ｌｙｉｎｇ　ｄｏｗｎ　ｔｈｅｒｅ　ａｎｄ　ｗａｉｔｉｎｇ　ｆｏｒ　ｔｈｅ　nurse....
but all the nurses was quite busy....
i waited for almost 20 minutes,
finally a nurse came....

@bby blood donation process start....
i totally didnt look at wat the nurse was doing.....
but i can feel my blood flew out to the 'blood bag'...
is quite fast....
about 5-8 mins
the 'blood bag' was full.....
* i donate 450ml d blood *

after blood donation
i got 1 free sim card ( 010 d)
n oso cert , bread , mineral water , etc.....

since my friend havent done...
i was waiting outside the hall with taking the milo they gave....

after the blood donation ,
i still went to the pasar malam until 10++ pm....
hahaha.....
after sending my friends back ,
i reached my house about 11++pm....
then jz took a bath n online for a while n then slept...

this is a very meaningful experience for me....
n i oso encourage all of u
if can ,
go n donate blood....
it is quite good for our healthy....
